Cenegenics, Testosterone, and Age-Management

hgh-therapy-physicians.jpgWith the recent accusations levied against sports star Peyton Manning, and the news of Mark Cuban investing in HGH research, Human Growth Hormone has been on a lot of people’s minds lately.

Google has been trending very high with searches for “HGH,” or “HGH Therapy.” Such searches may bring you to an age optimization clinic known as Cenegenics.

This is because years ago when doctors first started using HGH to turn back the clock, Cenegenics was a well-known provider of HGH replacement therapies.

Cengenics does still offer men hormone replacement therapy. However, today, they only provide testosterone replacement. Those of us who understand the intricate science of ageing well through hormone optimization, know that often a program of testosterone replacement, and HGH supplementation is required for maximum results.

Cenegenics’ doctors know this as well. But, what they offer to boost your HGH levels along with testosterone replacement is not HGH injections. Instead what cenegenics makes you purchase in addition to your testosterone program, is a protein supplement that they claim increases your body’s ability to produce HGH.

HGH Optimization Therapy and Testosterone

HGH and testosterone replacement are often used in conjunction. But for the two hormone replacement therapies to really work together, you must actually be receiveing both hormones.

Like testosterone, real HGH is a hormone that can influence strength, vitality, and performance.

HGH is made in the pituitary gland, one of the glands of the endocrine system. There are many glands in your body. They all secrete hormones that influence various bodily functions. Your endocrine system regulates hormone production and makes sure all your hormones are in balance and “play nice together.”

Proper hormone replacement therapy is not only about bringing levels of critical hormones such as HGH and testosterone to “normal levels,” but to that right balance where they are interacting properly for peak performance.

Just increasing your testosterone level, may not be enough to bring you into that state of hormonal balance.

Your overall HGH production is highest during childhood, peaks during puberty, and begins a steady decline from middle age onward.

Clinics such as cenegenics, claim to “increase your level of HGH” with an amino acid supplement, known as Cenegenics Muscle Formula, or Cenegenics Growth Formula. This “nutritional” supplement does not contain any human growth hormone. There is very little evidence that proves it can do what it claims.

Actual HGH injection therapy is only available by a doctor’s prescription. It has traditionally been used to help children with an HGH deficiency to grow to “normal” stature. It has more recently been used to treat “adult HGH deficiency.”

Proven Benefits of HGH Injections:

Unlike the unproven “nutritional supplements” provided by Cenegenics, there are many clinically proven benefits of actual HGH injection therapy. In fact, many former cengenics clients have come to HealthGAINS, and have seen for themselves the difference real HGH therapy can make.

Supplemental HGH injections can:

  • Shrink belly fat
  • Improve bone density and build lean muscle
  • Provide you with a feeling of improved vitality
  • Have you wake more refreshed and with more energy
  • Improve erectile dysfunction and other sexual wellness issues
  • Strengthen your immune system
  • Enhance mental acuity, memory, and cognition

All of these effects can also be significantly enhanced when you combine HGH therapy with testosterone optimization, as part of an overall integrative health and wellness program.

If you are not suffering from low HGH, cenegenics may be able to help you. But if you need HGH optimization, the only way to get it is with actual doctor prescribed HGH injections.

Have you or anyone you know tried any HRT treatments? What were the results?
